Walking into Park Avenue Luxe, I was honestly surprised by how spacious it felt, especially considering it’s right in Auchenflower where everything seems to be getting squeezed smaller these days. The living areas flow together really well, and you can actually have nine people here without feeling like you’re living in each other’s pockets.
The location is pretty clever, actually. Park Avenue itself is this quiet residential street that most tourists wouldn’t know exists, but you’re literally a five-minute walk to the train station – which, I mean, gets you into the city in about ten minutes. The local cafes along Given Terrace are walking distance too, and honestly, that’s where you’ll want to grab your morning coffee because the baristas there know what they’re doing. What I really appreciated was the parking situation – there’s space for your car, which anyone who’s tried to park in Brisbane’s inner suburbs will tell you is worth its weight in gold. The neighbors are pretty quiet too, mostly young professionals and families, so you won’t be dealing with party noise at 2 AM.
The townhouse itself has that modern feel without being sterile, if that makes sense. The kitchen is actually big enough to cook in (not just reheat takeaway), and the bedrooms are well thought out – some with proper queen beds, others with configurations that work for families or groups of friends. I noticed they’ve got decent blackout curtains too, which matters when you’re trying to sleep in or recover from jet lag. The bathrooms are clean and modern, though honestly the water pressure could be a touch stronger – but that’s pretty standard for Brisbane. The whole place feels like someone actually lives here rather than a hotel room that gets cleaned and reset every day. Location was good. The townhouse was very spacious and included everything we needed. It was nice to sit on the outdoor balcony and enjoy a coffee or a drink.

Very nice unit: spacious and well arranged with lots of natural light, nice interior decor, very comfortable for family of 5. Very comfortable beds. Really clever building design means great parking and space and privacy. Hosts easy to contact. Spotlessly clean, modern and spacious. A few minutes drive to some great restaurants and coffee walking distance.
Very well equipped Apartment. Fully climatized, coffee and tea available.
The property was really good and we had a very nice experience for everything. The host/booking agent was very prompt and texting time to time to know things are ok.
