You know what caught me off guard about this place?
You know what caught me off guard about this place? The moment you step into the Brisbane Landmark Queens Wharf apartment, you’re not just getting a hotel room – you’re basically living like a local who happens to have excellent taste and deep pockets. I mean, we’re talking about Margaret Street here, right in the thick of the CBD, and somehow this one-bedroom manages to feel like an actual home rather than just another serviced apartment.
The Queens Wharf precinct is honestly having a moment right now, and this spot puts you right in the middle of all that transformation happening along the Brisbane River. From the apartment, you can actually watch the city doing its thing – ferries chugging up and down, office workers doing their morning coffee runs, the whole urban ballet that makes Brisbane feel alive. The luxury part isn’t just marketing speak either; the finishes are legitimately impressive, and the kitchen setup means you could actually cook a proper meal if you wanted to skip the restaurant scene for a night (though honestly, with Eagle Street Pier so close, why would you?). The bed situation is solid too – none of that hotel mattress lottery where you’re rolling into the middle all night.
Here’s what I really appreciated: the building management seems to have their act together, which isn’t always a given with these newer developments. Check-in was smooth, no standing around wondering if your key card works, and the lifts actually run quietly – small thing, but you’ll appreciate it if you’re coming back late from Fortitude Valley. The location does mean you’ll hear some city noise, but it’s more the gentle hum of traffic than anything jarring, and honestly, that’s part of the Brisbane CBD experience. Walking to the Queen Street Mall takes maybe ten minutes, South Bank is an easy stroll across the river, and if you’re flying out, the airport train from Central is pretty straightforward. The apartment gets plenty of natural light during the day, which makes the space feel bigger than it actually is, and the little balcony – well, it’s not huge, but it’s perfect for that morning coffee while you’re figuring out your day. At an 8.5 rating, this place is doing something right, and after staying here, I get why people keep coming back to this particular spot rather than just booking whatever’s cheapest in the CBD.

What Our Guests Say
After exploring during the day(perfect location to access a multiple of offerings), settle in to watch the city lights f Location - multiple attractions a short walk away.
Views- Botanical gardens and beyond.
Sitting on the balcony, watching the night lights.
Terrible check-in and ridiculously expensive on-site parking. What could be improved: The check in and check out process was terrible and took so long with so many different steps. Terribly inconvenient. Also the on site parking is ridiculously expensive and cost $160 for an overnight stay.
Comfortable Warm and inviting
What could be improved: N/A
Exceptional
Superb
Exceptional Beautiful apartment & fantastic location. Close to Queen street & short walk to Suncorp stadium and South bank.
What could be improved: Car parking is the only downfall to this stay, locating somewhere to park & the additional cost to park close to the apartment. Parked underneath property, $140 to park for duration of stay 3pm-10am.
Short stay Unit was new
What could be improved: All was ok
Avoid, expensive and just simply a hassle to check in/check out The location was fantastic.
What could be improved: You are essentially paying for an airbnb. You get none of the benefits of staying at a hotel. The key collection/drop off is at a separate location to the property. They won’t store your luggage. There are signs everywhere telling you what you can and can’t do in the apartment. You are instructed to take out the rubbish, put the dishwasher on etc. For the amount of money they are asking you get very little in return. I was rung and sent messages in regards to where I placed the key despite speaking to the owner on the phone. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it
Would highly recommend Awesome location
Next level views. Just stunning!!
Very good Very good location .
Fanastic view of Brisbane.
What could be improved: There is no parking in the building.
Didn't have a microwave
