Check-in was pretty straightforward too, though you’ll want to factor in a few extra minutes for the building’s security system – it’s one of those high-rise deals where you need to register your key card.

You’re literally a three-minute walk from the Eagle Street Pier restaurants, but you’re not paying Eagle Street prices for everything. There’s a decent coffee shop in the building lobby, and if you walk five minutes toward the river, you’ll find that little laneway off Eagle Street with the Vietnamese place that does incredible pho – locals’ secret, honestly. The building’s got solid amenities too – decent gym, pool that’s actually usable, and parking that doesn’t cost more than your room (though I’d still recommend booking a spot in advance). I stayed here during a busy conference week and never felt like I was fighting crowds just to get to my room. The river views are spectacular, sure, but it’s those little garden glimpses toward the Botanic Gardens that make morning coffee on the balcony feel special. For a 4-star place with a 9 rating, it delivers exactly what it promises – just don’t expect room service or a concierge desk, because this is more upscale apartment living than traditional hotel experience.
