You’re close enough to South Bank and the city that you can walk or take a quick bus ride, but you’re staying in a real neighborhood where you might chat with locals at the corner shop or stumble onto a great little restaurant that’s not in any guidebook. It’s particularly perfect if you’re in town for something at the hospital, or if you want to explore the southside without being stuck in the tourist bubble of the CBD.
