I’ve stayed here a few times when I had friends visiting, and each time there’s something new to explore. The building itself feels solid and well-maintained – you know how some places look good online but feel sketchy in person? This isn’t one of those. The elevators are fast (crucial when you’re 20+ floors up), the hallways don’t smell weird, and the whole place just feels… reliable, I guess. Plus, if you’re driving, the parking situation is actually manageable, which is basically a miracle in Brisbane CBD. It’s not cheap, but it’s there and secure. Look, I’ll be straight with you – this isn’t the cheapest option in the city, but for what you get and where you are, it’s solid value.
