The train station’s a short walk away – handy if you’re planning to explore the CBD or catch a flight since it connects straight to the airport line. What I really appreciated was how quiet my room was despite being above a pub. I mean, you can hear some activity from downstairs during peak hours, but it’s not the kind of thumping bass that keeps you awake all night. They’ve clearly put some thought into soundproofing, which is more than I can say for some fancier places I’ve stayed.
