First Impressions
Walking into Centre of Brisbane at RiverFront, you immediately understand why this three-star property punches above its weight. The lobby might not scream high-end, but there’s something refreshingly honest about the place — it knows exactly what it is and delivers on those promises. What really hits you is the location; I mean, you’re literally in the thick of everything Brisbane has to offer, and that becomes obvious the moment you step outside. The hotel’s position on Adelaide Street puts you at the heart of the city’s energy and excitement.
Location & Neighborhood
Here’s the thing about Adelaide Street — you couldn’t ask for a better address in Brisbane’s CBD. The hotel sits right where the action is, with Queen Street Mall just a quick stroll away and the river practically at your doorstep. You know what’s brilliant? You can walk to most of the major attractions without breaking a sweat. The Treasury Casino, South Bank Parklands, and even the Wheel of Brisbane are all within easy reach. Couples absolutely love this spot (and honestly, I can see why), because you’ve got romantic river walks mixed with urban energy. The neighborhood truly offers something for every type of traveler.
The Accommodation Experience
The rooms are what you’d expect from a well-managed three-star — clean, functional, and surprisingly comfortable. They’re not trying to be something they’re not, which I actually appreciate. The beds are decent, the bathrooms work perfectly fine, and you’ll have everything you need for a solid night’s sleep. Some rooms offer glimpses of the Brisbane River, though don’t expect floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic views — this is more about practicality than Instagram moments. Each space is thoughtfully designed for the modern traveler seeking comfort and convenience.
Getting Around & Practical Matters
What really makes this place work is how connected you are to everything. Central Station is close enough that you can easily catch trains to the Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast for day trips. The CityCat ferry stops are right there too — honestly, one of Brisbane’s best-kept secrets for getting around while enjoying river views. Parking in the CBD can be a nightmare (let’s be real), but the hotel’s location means you might not even need a car once you’re settled in. Public transport access is exceptional from this address.
Why Guests Love It
People keep coming back to Centre of Brisbane at RiverFront because it delivers exactly what most travelers actually want — a clean, comfortable base in an unbeatable location without paying five-star prices. The staff seem to genuinely care about making your stay work, and there’s something to be said for a place that focuses on the fundamentals rather than flashy extras. You’re paying for that incredible location score, and trust me, it’s worth every penny when you’re exploring Brisbane on foot and everything is just… right there. This upscale three-star property represents outstanding value for discerning travelers.

What Our Guests Say
Amazing property in an excellent location. Facilities were 10/10. The view across to Southbank was superb! I will definitely be staying again.
Location
Due to me not viewing the full instructions/images prior to my arrival I found the process frustrating, however when I viewed the images and details clearly it was very straight forward.
No breakfast
Location was fantastic
A great central location, clean and tidy room. Good price for what was offered. I like that breakfast was included, although I didn't take advantage of this, so can't comment on the quality.
