And if you’re here for an event at the Entertainment Centre, well, you’re basically next door – I’ve walked there before, though it’s a bit of a trek with luggage. It’s for people who want a proper base to explore Brisbane and surrounds without paying city prices or dealing with city hassles. If you’re flying in late or out early, being closer to the airport is handy too, though you’ll still need about 30 minutes depending on traffic.
