You’re basically in the heart of Southbank, which means you can walk to the river in about three minutes, and GOMA’s practically next door (I mean, if you’re into that sort of thing). The parking situation alone sold me – and trust me, if you’ve ever tried to find a spot in Brisbane’s CBD on a Friday night, you know what I’m talking about.

The apartment itself feels like someone actually lives there, not like those sterile hotel rooms where everything’s bolted down. The WiFi is legitimately fast – I was video calling family back home without any of those awkward frozen-face moments. What really got me was the attention to small details: proper coffee setup (none of that instant stuff), decent-sized fridge, and windows that actually open so you can get some of that Brisbane breeze going. The location puts you right in the sweet spot where you can walk to South Bank Parklands for your morning jog, then duck into the city for dinner without needing an Uber. I spent one evening just wandering down to the river markets, grabbed some food, and was back “home” in ten minutes.
