First Impressions
Walking up to Quattro Apartments on Astor Terrace, you immediately get that “this is going to be good” feeling. The building has this sleek, modern look without being intimidating — you know, the kind of place that makes you feel sophisticated just for staying there. What really struck me was how quiet this stretch of Spring Hill is, considering you’re basically in the heart of Brisbane. The four-star property sits perfectly in what locals consider one of the best neighborhoods in the city, and honestly, I can see why couples are giving the location such high marks.
The Apartment Experience
These aren’t your typical hotel rooms — each apartment feels like someone’s really nice city pad that they’re letting you borrow for a few days. The kitchen is actually functional (I mean, you could cook a proper meal if you wanted to), and there’s enough space to spread out without tripping over your suitcase every five minutes. The design is clean and contemporary, with floor-to-ceiling windows that let in tons of natural light. I particularly loved how they’ve managed to make everything feel homey without sacrificing that polished, hotel-quality finish you expect from a place like this.
Spring Hill Neighborhood
Here’s what I really appreciate about this location — you’re close enough to the CBD that you can walk to most places, but far enough up the hill that you escape the tourist crowds and late-night noise. Spring Hill has this great mix of trendy cafes, local pubs, and actual Brisbane residents going about their daily lives. The restaurant scene around here is fantastic, with everything from casual brunch spots to proper dinner places within a few blocks. Plus, having your own parking spot on-site is genuinely a big deal in this part of town — street parking can be a nightmare, especially on weekends.
Practical Comforts
What sets Quattro apart is how they’ve thought about the little things that make a longer stay comfortable. The apartments have proper storage space, decent-sized bathrooms, and — this might sound silly — but the Wi-Fi actually works well throughout the entire unit. The building itself is well-maintained and secure, which gives you that peace of mind when you’re coming and going at different hours. I also noticed they keep the common areas clean without being obsessive about it, if that makes sense.
Why Guests Love It
After spending time here, I totally understand why couples rate this place so highly for romantic getaways. There’s something about having your own space, being able to make coffee in the morning without getting dressed, and then stepping out into one of Brisbane’s most walkable neighborhoods that just works. The combination of apartment-style privacy with hotel-level service hits that sweet spot between independence and comfort. You’re not paying five-star prices, but you’re getting an experience that feels more personal and authentic than most traditional hotels in the area.

Was very comfortable.
Loved how big the apartment was. I booked NYE and was expecting a much smaller space, however it was spacious with a balcony and a lot of space to move around. The staff were incredibly nice and welcoming as well.
