The pool area up top is where you want to spend your downtime anyway – decent views across to the city and usually quiet enough during weekdays. Brisbane’s weather means you’ll probably use it more than you think, even in the shoulder seasons. Look, it’s not going to blow your mind with luxury touches, but the 7.7 rating feels about right – it’s solid, reliable, and in a spot where you can actually experience Brisbane properly instead of just passing through it.
