I mean, you’re literally staying in what used to be a carpark space, twenty-nine floors up in the heart of Queen Street, and somehow they’ve made it work brilliantly.

The location is pretty much perfect if you want to be in the thick of everything. You’re right there on Queen Street Mall – like, you can practically roll out of bed and into Myer or grab coffee from that little hole-in-the-wall place that locals queue up for every morning. The rooftop pool situation is legit too, though I’d recommend hitting it early morning or late afternoon because Brisbane sun can be brutal mid-day (learned that the hard way). What’s clever is how they’ve set up the whole Netflix thing – the Wi-Fi actually handles streaming without buffering, which honestly surprised me given how many Brisbane apartments struggle with decent internet. The view from up there is something else, especially at sunset when the Brisbane River catches the light and you can see all the way out to the Story Bridge.
