The building itself feels solid and well-maintained, nothing fancy but clean and functional. Parking can be a bit of a nightmare in this part of town – just being honest here – but there are paid lots nearby, and honestly, you might not even need a car staying this central. The apartment gets decent natural light throughout the day, and the layout flows nicely between the living spaces. I mean, it’s not huge, but it’s thoughtfully designed so it doesn’t feel cramped. Check-in was smooth, and the place was spotless when I arrived. For the price point and location, especially with that genuine river view, it’s actually pretty solid value for Brisbane CBD – and trust me, that’s saying something in this market.
