The rooms are clean and bigger than you’d expect, with proper blackout curtains that actually work – I’m talking about the kind of darkness that lets you sleep past sunrise even when the truckers are rumbling down Ipswich Road at 5 AM. The conference centre part isn’t just for show either; they clearly know how to run events, which means the staff are switched on and the facilities work properly. The parking situation is straightforward (no hunting around for spaces), and honestly, after staying at places where you’re wrestling with key cards that never work, it’s refreshing when everything just… works. The air conditioning actually cools the room, the Wi-Fi doesn’t drop out every ten minutes, and the shower has decent pressure.
