There’s this Vietnamese place around the corner that does pho that’ll ruin you for anywhere else, and the IGA is close enough that you can grab groceries without it being a whole expedition. The parking situation is sorted too, which anyone who’s tried to park in Brisbane will tell you is worth its weight in gold. Sure, the traffic on High Street can get a bit noisy during peak hours, but close the windows and you’re fine – it’s not like you’re sleeping on the M3 or anything. The management is pretty responsive too; when I had a minor issue with the WiFi, they actually fixed it the same day instead of giving me the runaround.
