Look, I’ll be straight with you about Casino Towers Brisbane – it’s one of those places that’s actually better than you’d expect from a hotel attached to a casino. When I first walked into the lobby, I was honestly surprised by how quiet and refined it felt, especially considering there’s literally a gaming floor downstairs. The reception staff were genuinely helpful too, not just going through the motions like you sometimes get at bigger chains. They actually knew the area well enough to point me toward the good coffee spots on Adelaide Street rather than just handing over a generic tourist map.
The rooms themselves are solid – I mean, they’re not going to win any design awards, but everything works and the beds are comfortable enough that I didn’t wake up with a sore back. What I really appreciated was how well soundproofed everything is. You know how some city hotels let every bit of street noise filter through? Not here. Even being right in the heart of the CBD, I barely heard the traffic from Queen Street, and honestly, I was expecting way more noise from the casino below. The bathrooms are decent sized too, which matters when you’re trying to get ready for a business meeting or a night out. One thing though – the wifi can be a bit patchy on the higher floors, so if you’re planning to work from your room, maybe mention that when you check in.
Here’s what really sold me on this place: the location is absolutely perfect if you want to actually experience Brisbane rather than just pass through it. You’re literally a two-minute walk from the Queen Street Mall, but more importantly, you’re close enough to walk to South Bank without dealing with taxis or trying to figure out the bus system. The botanical gardens are right there too, which is fantastic for a morning run or just when you need to escape the city buzz for a bit. And if you’re flying out of Brisbane, the airport train stops at Central Station, which is maybe a ten-minute walk away – super convenient with luggage. The only minor downside is that parking can be expensive if you’re driving, but honestly, once you’re here, you probably won’t need your car much anyway. The whole area is really walkable, and there’s enough good restaurants and bars within a few blocks that you’ll be set for entertainment.

What Our Guests Say
would stay again excellent location, very spacious, nice views, comfortable bed, onsite parking included, nice pool and gym.
What could be improved: kitchen is not well stocked. Coffee machine was broken. A folder with written info about the unit would be helpful.
